Every order is packed and posted from the northwest Highlands of Scotland. Here’s what to expect after placing your order.
Processing your order
Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.
We make every effort to send orders as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the Royal Mail service used and your destination.
Back-orders
If a candle is shown as available on back-order, please allow additional time before dispatch.
In some cases we may be waiting for materials or stock before the candle can be poured, finished and prepared by hand. Please allow up to two weeks for a back-ordered item to be ready for dispatch.
Postage
Orders are sent from the Highlands of Scotland using Royal Mail.
Postage for a single candle is currently £4.20.
The delivery charge for your order will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Every order leaves us from the northwest Highlands of Scotland, close to the waters and landscapes that inspire The Minch collection.
