Description
Off the coast near Ullapool, the Summer Isles form a scattering of islands and skerries where Loch Broom opens towards the Minch. Rocky shores give way to sheltered bays, with stretches of water between them catching the changing light.
The Summer Isles candle takes its inspiration from that meeting of land, sea and sky. Think of an unhurried evening by the shore: islands darkening in the distance, the last sunlight on the water and little reason to head indoors just yet.
Its artwork draws on the shapes of Tanera Mòr and the neighbouring islands. Deep-blue forms and flowing water are paired with a muted-gold sun, bringing a familiar part of our local coastline into the collection.
